Return, refund और exchange के लिए आसान English phrases
अगर आपने कोई चीज़ खरीदी है और उसे वापस करना है, बदलवाना है, या पैसे वापस चाहिए, तो कुछ simple English phrases बहुत काम आते हैं। यह खासकर दुकान, return counter, या online order के customer care में useful होता है।
पहले फर्क समझ लें
- Return = item वापस करना
- Refund = पैसे वापस लेना
- Exchange = item बदलकर दूसरा लेना
अगर आपको सिर्फ product वापस करना है, तो return बोलें।
अगर पैसे वापस चाहिए, तो refund बोलें।
अगर दूसरा size, color, या item चाहिए, तो exchange बोलें।
सबसे काम के English phrases
1) I want to return this item.
मैं यह item वापस करना चाहता/चाहती हूँ।
यह सबसे सीधा और common sentence है।
2) I’d like to return this, please.
मैं इसे return करना चाहूँगा/चाहूँगी, कृपया।
यह थोड़ा polite way है। Counter पर बात करते समय अच्छा लगता है।
3) I’d like a refund, please.
मुझे refund चाहिए, कृपया।
जब आप पैसे वापस चाहते हैं, तब यह phrase use करें।
4) Can I exchange this item?
